AD9245BCPZ-20

AD9245 is a monolithic, single 3V supply, 14bit, 20MSPS analogue to digital converter (ADC) featuring a high performance sample-and hold amplifier (SHA) and voltage reference. The AD9245 uses a multistage differential pipelined architecture with output error correction logic to provide 14bit accuracy and guarantee no missing codes over the full operating temperature range. It is suitable for use in medical imaging equipment, if sampling in communications receivers (WCDMA, CDMA-One, CDMA-2000 and TDS-CDMA), battery-powered instruments, hand-held scope meters, spectrum analysers and power-sensitive military applications.
