TA045

The TA045 is a Differential Probe enables conventional oscilloscopes to display and measure in-circuit waveforms that are referenced to high common-mode voltages, this differential probe extends the measurement capability of oscilloscopes to digital communications and high-speed digital circuits. It complies with IEC-1010.1, IEC-1010.2-031 CAT I and pollution degree 2.

• 500kΩ/7pF Each side to ground input impedance
• 50Ω Source impedance (typical)
• Additional power supply or battery pack is required
