P5200A

P5200A is a high voltage active differential probe with the BNC interface. The P5200A can be used with any oscilloscope and enables users to safely make measurements of floating circuits with their oscilloscope grounded. This active differential probe converts floating signals to low voltage ground-referenced signals that can be displayed safely and easily on any ground-referenced oscilloscope. It is used in floating measurements, switching power supply design, motor drive design, electronic ballast design, CRT display design, power device evaluation, power converter design and service.

• Switchable attenuation of 50X/500X, 50MHz switchable bandwidth
• 500X: ±1300V and 50X: ±130V differential voltage
• ±1300V common mode voltage (typical)
• 1000V CAT II maximum input voltage to earth (typical)
• Typical differential input impedance of 10Mohm/2pF
• Input impedance between each input and ground is 5Mohm/4pF (typical)
• Typical CMRR of DC: > 80dB, 100kHz: > 60dB, 3.2MHz: > 30dB and 50MHz: > 26dB
• 1.5m cable length
