AD5682R is a single channel, 14bit, buffered voltage out digital-to-analogue converter (DAC). The internal power-on reset circuit ensures DAC that register is written to zero scale at power-up while the internal output buffer is configured in normal mode. It contains a power-down mode that reduces the current consumption of the device to 2µA (maximum) at 5V and provides software selectable output loads while in power down mode. It use a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates of upto 50MHz. It is widely used in application such as process controls, data acquisition systems, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage sources etc.
- Low drift, output voltage reference is 2.5V, voltage reference TC is 2ppm/°C typical
- Operating single supply voltage is 2.7V to 5.5V
- Total unadjusted error (TUE) is 0.06% of FSR maximum
- Offset error is ±1.5mV maximum, slew rate is 0.7V/µs
- Gain error is ±0.05% of FSR max, output noise is 6µV p-p
- Low glitch is 0.1nV-sec, reference current is 26µA at (VREF =VDD =VLOGIC = 5V, gain = 1)
- High drive capability is 20mA, robust 4kV HBM ESD protection
- Low power is 1.2mW at 3.3V, independent logic supply is 1.62V logic compatible
- LDAC pinout, B grade performance
- Operating temperature is −40°C to +105°C, package style is 8-lead LFCSP-UD
