ADA4432-1BRJZ-R2

ADA4432-1BRJZ-R2 is a single-ended, output fully integrated video reconstruction filter that combines overvoltage protection (short-to-battery [STB] protection) and short-to-ground (STG) protection on the outputs, with excellent video specifications and low power consumption. The combination of STB protection and robust ESD tolerance allows the device to provide superior protection in a hostile automotive environment. It is a single-ended input/single-ended output video filter capable of driving long back-terminated cables. It is a fully differential video filter that can be used as a fully differential input to a differential output or as a single-ended input to a differential output, allowing it to easily connect to both differential and single-ended sources. It is used in applications such as automotive rear-view cameras, automotive video electronic control units (ECUs), and surveillance video systems.

• Low supply voltage range from 2.6V to 3.6V, low quiescent current is 7.6mA typical
• 10.5MHz typical -3dB small signal bandwidth at (VOUT = 0.2V p-p, TA = 25°C, +VS = 3.3V)
• Differential gain is 0.38% typical at (modulated 10-step ramp, sync tip at 0V)
• Differential phase is 0.69° typical at (modulated 10-step ramp, sync tip at 0V)
• Input bias current is 35pA typical at (TA = 25°C, +VS = 3.3V, RL = 150 ohm)
• Signal-to-noise ratio is 70dB typical at (100% white signal, f = 100KHz to 5MHz)
• Output offset voltage is 192mV typical at (TA = 25°C, +VS = 3.3V, RL = 150 ohm)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 6-lead SOT-23 package
