ADA4853-1AKSZ-R7

ADA4853-1 is a low power, low cost, high speed, rail-to-rail output op-amp with ultralow power disables that are ideal for portable consumer electronics. Despite their low-price, the ADA4853-1 provides excellent overall performance and versatility. Typical application includes automotive infotainment systems, automotive safety systems, portable multimedia players, video cameras, digital still cameras and consumer video clock buffer.

• Ultralow disable current is 0.1μA
• Low quiescent current of 1.4mA/amplifier
• Ideal for standard definition video
• High speed, 100MHz, -3dB bandwidth 120V/μs slew rate
• 0.5dB flatness of 22MHz, differential gain is 0.20% and differential phase is 0.10°
• Single supply operation
• Rail-to-rail output, output swings to within 200mV of either rail
• Wide supply range of 2.65V to 5V and low voltage offset of 1mV
• 6 lead SC-70 package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
