BK8612B is a programmable DC electronic load offering modular-load performance in a compact desktop form factor. This DC load features fast transient response up to 25kHz and 16-bit high-resolution, high-precision measurement capabilities, enabling the testing and evaluation of a wide range of DC power supplies, such as DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, batteries, battery chargers, and photovoltaic arrays. This series of DC electronic load can operate in constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), constant resistance (CR), and constant power (CW) modes. The series offers flexible triggering, analogue current control and monitoring capabilities, and standard USB (USBTMC compliant) or RS232 serial interfaces for remote communication.
- 0 to 500V operating voltage, 0 to 30A rated current and 750W power
- Features 16-bit voltage/current measurement, 25 kHz transient CC mode, and list mode function
- Store and recall up to 100 setups, adjustable slew rate in CC mode
- Flexible triggering options via front panel, external input, timer or bus
- Built-in battery test function with voltage level, capacity level and timer stop conditions
- Test modes to validate the OCP/OPP protection functions of a power supply
- CR-LED mode to simulate the loading behaviour of typical LEDs
- Remote sense, analogue current control and monitoring
- Thermostatically controlled fan
- Dimension is 17.3” x 5.3” x 22.5” (439 x 133.3 x 580 mm)
